Your session begins with a 30-minute consultation to assess your present needs as a couple, allowing us to delve into the Solfeggio frequency your souls are craving together. Sharing your intentions during this time allows me to customize this guided 30 to 45-minute sauna immersion to one of the ten customized frequencies I work with. Is it better communication you need? Maybe your souls are craving love and connection and building on intimacy. The chosen frequency will match both of your unique needs, ensuring a holistic and soulful retreat that resonates with your journey. As a couples coach, I advocate for cultivating shared activities to deepen connections between partners. Bring your partner, your friend, or your sister to join your sauna session; this is an ideal time to engage in not only emotional bonding but also a vast array of numerous health benefits.
