Return & Refund Policy

REFUNDS

Unless otherwise stated, all items and programs purchased are 100% non-refundable and returns will not be accepted.

MASTERCLASS GUIDELINES

You must register and make your payment by registering via the link on the Events Page. If for any reason the Masterclass is canceled,  you will be notified and will receive a full refund.

*Masterclass purchases are 100% non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please provide me with 24 hours notice to receive a credit towards the next scheduled Masterclass. ITM Masterclass pricing varies, see the Events Page for upcoming Masterclasses.

PAYMENTS ON ASK ME ANYTHING RECORDED 

You agree that this is not a one-on-one coaching session with Janine. By submitting your question and your payment, you are in agreement that Janine will respond to your question by email with a 15-20 minute recorded audio of her coaching you on your question or topic as described on Worth With Me. You also agree that if Janine finds your topic or question to be a hot one that she feels would benefit others, you will be invited to join me one-on-one for a FREE coaching call, In The Moment Live. You are not under any obligation to accept this offer. By submitting your question you agree that Janine Rotter can at any time discuss and/ or promote the coaching details of your question with her audience on any of her platforms including but not limited to; JanineRotter.com, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Apple Podcasts, and Soundcloud. Your name and identity will be withheld on any said discussions and or promotions.

PAYMENTS ON PROGRAMS

You are responsible to pay the full amount of the price you originally agreed to pay for any program you purchase, regardless if you leave the program, do not complete it in the time frame provided, or don't use the sessions and/or program at all or for whatever other purpose set out in the present terms and conditions.

If you were not able to pay in full for a program and require a payment plan you are still responsible for the full purchase price of the program originally agreed to. If you are purchasing The Personal Program on a monthly payment plan, and you choose to terminate your agreement before your agreement has been completed, you will be responsible for paying the difference of the full price for each program that has taken place since you registered (because you are no longer considered to be taking The Program).

If payments are late or you fail to make a payment, we reserve the right to remove you from all programs, and from any or all of the Janine Rotter platforms where applicable, until payments are again current unless such payment default is remedied within five (5) days from receiving a notice to that effect. We also reserve the right to terminate your agreement and you will be responsible for paying the difference of the full price for each program that has taken place since you registered the whole as liquidated damages.

While Janine Rotter does provide many Live retreats and/or programs, it is not guaranteed that each program will be Live. Janine Rotter retains the right to provide pre-recorded programs as needed.

​

If you are purchasing Who Am I? Women's Retreat, you are responsible for the entire amount originally agreed to. As mentioned in the present terms and conditions, there are no refunds or early terminations for these retreats. 

​

Nothing herein shall limit Janine Rotter from seeking payment for any chargeback or credit card disputes made by you at any time.

​

By accepting the terms of this agreement, you agree to never dispute any charges already paid, no matter the payment vehicle. (Example: Shopify Payments, Paypal, Eventbrite, Stripe, bank transfer, etc.)
