Why I Created Luma
I'm Janine—and I created this wellness hub because I know what it feels like to be lost in the dark with no one holding the flashlight.
I’ve stood in front of the mirror of my own gym, silently battling the belief that my body wasn’t perfect enough.
I’ve armored my heart against the very people I love most—thinking protection would keep me safe from pain or loss.
I’ve hit rock bottom with hormone crashes, rage spirals, and identity loss.
I’ve cried through mycotoxin detoxes and begged the Universe to make my husband understand what I was going through.
I’ve wrestled with food, with guilt, with pressure to drink when I didn’t want to.
And yeah—I’ve had moments where I've questioned "why the hell am I here?"
But I’ve also rebuilt. Bravely. Loudly. Messily.
I created LUMA to live in the moment with you. I wanted YOU to have what I wish I had in my darkest moments.
